This past weekend I was invited by Disney to attend the Late Night Disney Springs event and it was so much fun. I stayed at the Boardwalk Inn Resort which was great because it was situated right on the boardwalk and accessible to many restaurants and quaint shops.

Got a sneak peek at some of the new merchandise that will be in stores in May. They had some really cute graphic & statement tees that I will be looking out for. There were so many cute Minnie Ears as well (time to get a new one).
The Disney Springs After Dark nightlife was so much fun. We started off with dinner at Maria & Enzo’s Italian Ristorante that had a nice flight theme and great pasta dishes. Then we headed over to The Edison where the entertainment was fantastic. From flappers, to hoola hoop dancer to the live band. I also enjoyed the outdoor party with light show and DJ that was on fire. Finally ended the night at Morimoto Asia and STK for light bites that were equally delicious. The next morning, after the presentation, we headed over to Raglan Road for the best brunch & show.

Disney is my Happy Place and I really enjoyed my weekend excursion. When I saw the Minnie Vans that we rode in to Disney Springs, I was super excited and thought what a great idea this is because who doesn’t love Minnie.
